the perfect cup!!! COSTA!

yummy!!! thats italian for coffee...
delicious aroma of roasted coffee beans, warm yellow lights, coffee colored all wood furniture, John Denver singing about country roads, and the promise of something new!! yup, thats when chino and i strolled into the Costa outlet at PVR Spice, Noida. we had been here before and Chino ordered what he had the last time- Americano(Espresso with added hot water), black. last time i'd had espresso- traditional italian way- just a shot of strong black coffee. dark and frothy. and if you want to be up all night you can go in for a double shot called 'doplo'. i love these Italian words-'doplo', there something so creamy about the word when i roll it in mouth. doplo, doplo...

gosh, the cups they use are unbelievably adorable. my espresso came in this tiny dun coloured china mug which looked more like a shot glass and chino had to choose mug sizes. there was 'primo'(the usual barista size), 'medio' (almost twice that) and then the largest (i forget the name) is unbelievable. anyhow, chino settled on medio and it was more than enough for the both of us. just then i absent mindedly remarked how i love the way we can choose 'cup sizes' here. it sounded like i was shopping for underwear. and shy chino turned completely crimson. hehe!!

so, completely satisfied with coffee i dared to try the eats. so-blueberry cheesecake. hmm...well lemme just stay they should stick to serving only coffee. coz loading a thin slice of cake with cream n drops of blue berry doesnot make it a cheesecake. so if i steer clear of the food Costa can definately be my new haunt. also the eye candy(behind the counter) aint bad!!

afterwards we just roamed around in the mall and Chino bought me this adorable cuddly(shall post pictures later!!). i am all smiles now and have been pirouetting about the house!!
